Green Eyed Lady- Best Eye Looks for Green Eyes

There is a reason for the saying, "Irish eyes are smiling."  Green eyes are beautiful and rare.  Only 2% of the world's population has them.  If you are lucky enough to have these pretty peepers, these colors will best show them off.

Metallic Tones-  Warm and neutral metallics will make your eyes pop!  Your best metallic shades are gold, bronze, and copper.  Also, try a metallic grey or charcoal.  These colors would be beautiful for an evening smokey eye.

Neutral Colors-  Earth tones will best complement a green eye for a natural look.  Taupe, tan, brown, peach, and deep greens.  When using green, don't choose too light of a shade.  It could end up washing you out.  Choose brown eyeliner over black.  Black tends to be harsh on a green eye.

Best Choices-  Deep plums and purples, lilac, mauve, and pink.  All of these colors are opposite of green on the color wheel.  This means that they are the most complementary, and will bring out green eyes more than any other colors.
