Oatmeal, fruit, nuts, and lean protein such as greek yogurt or turkey sausage are great for starting out your day. Eat within 30 - 60 minutes of waking. People who eat breakfast every day are thinner than those who don't. You may feel like you just aren't hungry enough in the mornings for a meal. Start with a smaller portion. Once you get used to eating in the morning, you will actually wake up ready for your first meal.
